Meet Patricia Farringtion
July, 07

Her Story:

“Before exercising my fitness condition was such that I was always tired and had absolutely no energy. I wanted to feel good about Pat and I knew that the first thing I needed to do was exercise.  The most difficult hurdle for me was finding the time to exercise - until I realized exercising is just like going to your job everyday.  I knew then I could give Pat 1 hour per day.

When I began exercising everything start to fall in place, self esteem, able to achieve anything I set out to do.  Most importantly I felt better than I did when I was 25. I try to be watch everything I put in my system; remember you are what you eat.

My advice to others is taking a good look at yourself and your well being and know that life will be much more fruitful if you take the time for you.

I have been with my trainer now a little over 2 years, and the reason I continue is because she give you the time and information needed but she leave it up to you too make the choices.  She is such a positive person without being condescending.  Even when you are feeling bad about yourself she can make you feel positive and makes you want to continue.

My specialty: caring and helping people through complex situations!
“I knew that Charlotte was the place to be when I relocated here in 1996. It all began when I accepted a position with Presbyterian Hospital to coordinate and design the overall functions of admissions and registration. “Presbyterian is a non- profit healthcare leader that serves 3-4 million residents in North Carolina. “Some years later, I took a position with Carolinas Specialty Hospital which is a Long term Acute Hospital as the Business Office Manager where I learned how rewarding healthcare can be. “
