Were your athletic as a kid growing up? If so, what sports did you play?
As a kid I really enjoyed being active. I was involved in pretty much anything that require a physical challenge, from basketball and football to bike riding and martial arts. Bodybuilding and fitness became a part of my life at early age. I started workingout doing push-ups, sit-ups and splits in the fourth grade.

Tell us about your weekly exercise routine now.
My current workout routine is 5-6 day a week split training program. I perform 4-5 exercises per muscle group with a 8-12 repetition rage, increasing weight throughout the workout. Many times throughout the year my workout changes in order to continue to shock the body for optimal muscle growth.

What is your weekly diet like?
Along with my workout routine my diet also changes throughout the year consisting of two phases. These two phases are called “offseason” and “contest prep”. During the offseason the goal is to simply gain mass; while in the contest prep phase the goal is to shred bodyfat to show off your physique for competition. During these phases I eat 5-7 meals a day consisting of alot of fish, chicken, sweet potatoes, rice, protein shakes and more.

Do you do any competitions now? If so, what?
Currently I am working out at The Fitness Center at Birkdale where I am preparing for next year’s INBF Atlantic Coast Bodybuilding contest. I do not have anymore contests this year; so my main goal is to win this event that I placed 2nd in for my weight class this past June.

What are your health & fitness goals for the future?
In the future I plan to continue to compete in the sport of natural bodybuilding, to be a positive role model and an inspiration to others. My other plans include fitness modeling, writing fitness articles, conducting seminars, fitness apparel, workout DVDs and athlete sponsorship. Right now, I am in the process of developing workout programs for couples to strengthen relationships through fitness. But main goal is to just to continue to be an ambassador of bodybuilding and fitness by empowering others to reach their goals.
