Extreme Nutrition

He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything."
- Arabian Proverb

This Arabian proverb is the foundation for the newest in the health and nutrition craze. One may argue that food is the next tobacco. And rightly so. Widening waist lines coincide with the number of low fat / no fat products that have been prominently placed in grocery store isles over the past few years. Fortunately, for those of us who are health conscious and concerned about the quality of life, there is an organization out there with our best interest in mind.

Enter Corey Simpson, health and nutrition advocate and proprietor of the newest establishment for health conscious Americans. Simpson owns and operates Extreme Nutrition, a Cornelius based health and nutrition boutique, which expresses a vested interest in the health and well being of its patrons. So much in fact that his patrons hang out in his store to talk about the weather, news and health and fitness much the way that one would hang out at the local coffee shop.

"Everyone is doing something extracurricular and we aim to satisfy that part-time athlete in everyone," says Simpson. His story is compelling in that he saw a need and set out to fill a niche in providing supplements for an under served segment of the athletic community. The segment of the athletic community consisting of those of us who don't quite fit into the "elite" category of athleticism, but are still concerned with our health and well being.

The underlying premise of Extreme Nutrition is that they care and offer products that help. The company offers a quality product without the exorbitant cost allowing us, the health conscious at heart, to enjoy an exceptional quality of life.

Things have gone surprisingly well for Corey in the year that he has been in business. He is already slated to move into the Charlotte market by the end of the second quarter of next year with two more stores. The company's newest addition to the product line-up is the Power Blend Smoothie Bar that should hit the shelves by the beginning of 2007.

Corey Simpson is undoubtedly a visionary in his quest for success. His criterion in hiring new employees revolves around their desire to own and operate their own business, thereby giving him an opportunity to gauge their quest for excellence.
